Grilled Middle Eastern Lamb Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 cup parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Add parsley and onion to a food processor and pulse until finely minced.
