Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Low Carb Milk I LOVE coconut milk in this recipe.
  • Erythritol optional for additional sweetness, as Greek yogurt can be slightly tart. Skip is swapping Greek yogurt for protein powder.
  • 3/4 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Low Carb Greek Yogurt I use Fage because it’s high in protein
  • 3/4 Cup Ice
  • Mint optional

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients in blender (in the order listed above to minimize jamming) and blend away.
  • Top with chia seeds, hemp seeds, or whatever you’d like. Enjoy!

Notes

To save some carbs: Use 1 scoop of protein powder instead of Fage.
 
To increase fat content: Swap some of the milk for heavy cream (start with 1/4 cup – each 1/4 cup adds 11.5 g fat).
